{the simple things} more flowers for mommy

I love wildflowers. We live in a relatively new development, and all the lots not occupied yet but not farmland anymore have turned into a gorgeous sea of wildflowers: white and yellow chamomile, blue cornflowers and bright red poppies. So simple. So pretty.

So when my boys aren't racing around on one their way too many vehicles (two bikes, one strider, one tricycle, one scooter, one small and one giant gokart. Any questions?), they're picking flowers for mommy. Again.

Don't you just love summer?

Linking up with the simple things sunday. Can't wait to see everyone's photos this week!

Happy Sunday,
Swenja

  1. oh my goodness gracious I can't believe you have those! That would be my dream!!! How amazing would it be if there was a Wedding you were in, or something like that and all you would need to do is pick these gorgeous wildflowers, I love them, just stunning:)

  2. So beautiful. It's amazing how they can just pop up in nature, yet I can't intentionally get them to flourish in my yard. You are a lucky momma! Beautiful pictures!

  4. Wildflowers are so nice, especially when they've come from the kids. I'll often come home to find a freshly picked "bouquet" waiting from one of their walks. Thanks for sharing.

I don't know about you, but I love reading comments. That's a hint for you to leave one, btw. Not that I'm begging here. But I do love hearing from you...
